Abstract

Today, society is developing rapidly. Whether it is politics, economy, or culture, it is flourishing, and various social trends have a great impact on people. Especially for college students, college students are in the formation of ideas. Their values, outlook on life and morality are still at an immature stage. However, college students are highly susceptible to social thoughts, which is not conducive to students' formation of healthy and uplifting ideas. As the dissemination of advanced culture, colleges and universities have always stood at the forefront of spreading healthy and upward thinking, spreading socialist core values, and building a Marxist learning-oriented party organization. At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was pointed out that a learning-type party organization should be built to make the leadership team at all levels a learning-oriented leadership team. Building a learning-oriented grass-roots party organization is an important part of building a learning-oriented political party in the Party Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and an important basic work for building a learning-oriented society. Building a learning-oriented grassroots party organization can enhance the cohesiveness of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities, promote the exemplary role of grassroots party members, promote the harmonious development of colleges and universities, build a good and harmonious campus atmosphere, and promote the vigorous development of various undertakings in colleges and universities.
