Abstract
With the increasing demand for social talents, China strongly advocates the cultivation of applied talents, and supports the innovation and reform of the teaching mode in applied undergraduate colleges and universities based on the perspective of "Emerging Engineering Education". Based on several years' teaching practice, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the process of mathematics teaching in applied undergraduate colleges and universities based on the perspective of "Emerging Engineering Education", and puts forward some effective and reasonable measures to reform the teaching mode. It aims to improve the teaching quality of mathematics in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, and to cultivate innovative talents in applied undergraduate colleges and universities based on the perspective of "Emerging Engineering Education".
