Abstract

The crime of financial fraud is stipulated in Chapter III of the book of criminal laws. The attention of criminal law scholars to financial crimes is mostly focused on the identification of crimes. There are many disputes and confusions in the application of criminal law in judicial practice. It is the implementation of the principle of equality in criminal law and the need to effectively guide judicial practice for in-depth studying the problems of the amount of penalties for financial crimes.
