Abstract

Today, facing fierce competition, industries and companies need to focus more on management. From the perspective of innovation management, whether the enterprise can achieve the optimal degree of management openness directly determines the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise. Under this premise, companies need to comprehensively improve the existing management model to ensure that innovation management is applied to the entire process of enterprise management.
