Abstract

Construction of rule by law is one of the key tasks of our country for a long time, and it is of great significance for our social development. Culture of rule by law should be given full attention in the construction of cultural education in colleges and universities. Based on the recognition of the importance of the construction of rule by law, this paper, through investigation and research, finds out the shortcomings of the construction of rule by law in colleges and universities, analyzes and discusses one by one, and then determines the position of culture of rule by law in the construction of cultural education. Combined with the actual needs of talent training, some suggestions on specific measures are put forward.
