Abstract
Aiming at the problems existing in the examination of the practical course of tourism management in applied undergraduate colleges, based on changing the mode of “heavy theory and light practice” in traditional practice teaching, this paper discusses the relatively independent practice teaching system of practical courses in tourism management and its curriculum formation. The reform idea of sexual assessment, puts forward the formative assessment system of curriculum theory and the formal formation assessment system and its assessment implementation method.
