Abstract
This article addresses issues in local universities' internship bases under the context of industry-education integration, such as limited resource investment, insufficient policy incentives, and poor operational coordination mechanisms. By analyzing the roles and structural contradictions of the government, enterprises, and universities in collaborative education, it proposes the construction of internship bases and operating mechanisms for 'government-enterprise-university' collaborative education. By clarifying the roles of the three parties in collaboration mechanisms, functional realization, and operational linkage, it systematically elaborates on the construction goals, design ideas, functions, and operating mechanisms of internship bases. It also summarizes the effectiveness of the internship bases in aspects such as organizational structure, integrated base construction, teaching innovation team building, 'AI classroom' reform, and the construction of technology innovation and service platforms, providing a practical reference path for local universities to explore multi-party collaborative internship base construction under the context of industry-education integration.
