Abstract

Within the framework of the "Internet+", the harmonious evolution of technology and cultural tourism is at the forefront of encouraging economic transformation and modernisation, and of strengthening cultural soft power. This paper provides a systematic analysis of the three key features of integrating technology and cultural tourism in the era of Internet+: industry integration, model innovation, and technology-driven development. Combining common cases suggests three feasible solutions: digital empowerment to safeguard and renew cultural heritage, smart improvements to tourism management and service effectiveness, and cross-sector integration to develop new forms of immersive cultural tourism. These strategies reveal the dynamic balance between adhering to principles and innovating in the technology-driven cultural tourism sector.
