Abstract
The development of new productive forces, driven by technological innovation, digital transformation, and green economic growth, has become a critical factor in shaping modern economies. This paper explores the coordinated mechanism of fiscal and tax policies to promote the development of new productive forces. The study emphasizes the need for integrated fiscal policies, including tax incentives, government subsidies, and public investments, to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and the adoption of advanced technologies. Through a combination of policy measures, such as tax reductions for R&D activities, the creation of innovation hubs, and green economic support, this paper provides strategic recommendations for improving policy coordination at local, regional, and national levels.
