Abstract
The issue of leadership between male and female leaders has long been a hot topic in global academic research. Against this backdrop, this study addresses two key questions: First, what are the comprehensive leadership characteristics of male and female leaders in public and private secondary schools in Laos? What are their respective leadership strengths? Second, what are the leadership characteristics of male and female leaders in public and private secondary schools in Laos? What are their respective leadership strengths? To address these key questions, this study conducted a survey of male and female leaders in fifteen public and fifteen private secondary schools in Laos.
