Abstract

This paper focuses on innovative strategies for construction project management based on construction quality control. It first elaborates on prominent issues in current construction project management concerning quality control, such as outdated management concepts, extensive management models, and uneven personnel qualities. Building on this foundation, a series of innovative strategies are proposed from multiple dimensions, including management concepts, management models, personnel management, and information technology applications, with the aim of comprehensively improving construction project quality and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.
