Abstract

In the digital age, the intelligent transformation of tourism services has become a key trend in the development of the industry, and the integration of AI and immersive technology has brought new opportunities for it. This paper focuses on the intelligent transformation of tourism service under the background of the integration of AI and immersion technology, and analyzes the influence of this integration on tourism service mode, tourist experience and service innovation by combing the relevant theoretical and technical foundations. At the same time, it discusses the challenges in technology, data and talents in the process of transformation, and then puts forward some countermeasures, such as increasing investment in technology research and development, improving data management mechanism and strengthening personnel training. It is found that the integration of AI and immersion technology can significantly promote the intelligent transformation of tourism services, but the road to transformation faces many obstacles. Therefore, it is concluded that only by effectively coping with challenges and giving full play to the advantages of technology integration can we realize the intelligent and high-quality development of tourism services and enhance the competitiveness of tourism industry and tourists' satisfaction.
