Abstract
This study, under the framework of Participatory Action Research (PAR), focuses on exploring the pathways of youth value internalization to emphasize the role of autonomous participation and personal reflection. We adopted a mixed research method, collecting a total of 246 questionnaires, discussion data from 72 students, and also including 26 in-depth communication interviews. Through careful research, the results show that active participation in volunteer activities contributes to the internalization of values, and personal reflection further strengthens this process. External support from families, schools, and society further amplifies these influences. The study finds that integrating participation and reflection into ideological and political education can, of course, greatly improve its effectiveness, providing favorable support for promoting the healthy development of youth values.
