Abstract
This study aims to explore the path of collaborative development between the reform of ideological and political education in curriculum and the construction of teachers' ethics and style. Through in-depth analysis of the connotation, goals, methods of the reform of ideological and political education in curriculum and its internal connection with the construction of teachers' ethics and style, a series of strategies and suggestions to promote the collaborative development of the two are proposed. The research results show that the reform of ideological and political education in curriculum and the construction of teachers' ethics and style promote and complement each other, which is of great significance to improve the quality of teaching in universities and cultivate outstanding talents.
