Abstract

There are many problems in the management of scientific research laboratories in universities, including uneven resources, poor safety management, frequent personnel turnover and insufficient transformation of scientific research results. To solve these problems, we need to take comprehensive countermeasures, including the optimization of resource management, the perfection of safety management, the measures to retain talents, and the promotion of the transformation of scientific research results. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, university laboratory management will become more efficient, safe and innovative, and make better contributions to scientific research and social development. Based on the research and analysis of the existing problems in university scientific research laboratories, this paper puts forward constructive management countermeasures and suggestions for scientific research laboratories. This has certain reference significance for improving the management level of university scientific research laboratories.
