Abstract
This study explores the current status and effects of integrating music theory and practice in music education. Through literature review and empirical research, it is found that combining music theory with practice can enhance students' music learning and development. Music theory provides students with foundational knowledge, while practical activities strengthen their skills and creativity. Effective practical methods and teaching strategies are crucial to music education. Teachers should design challenging and interactive practical activities and integrate technology tools and resources to enhance the integration of music theory and practice. This research is of significant importance in guiding music education practices and provides valuable insights and references for teachers.
