Abstract

It is of great significance for colleges and universities to carry out administrative efficiency supervision and clean government culture, to innovate the internal management mechanism of colleges and universities, and to cultivate clean and honest talents. In view of the current existing problems in the process of administrative management in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the importance of administrative efficiency supervision and the construction of clean government culture, and discusses the ways and methods to improve the level of administrative efficiency supervision and clean government culture construction in colleges and universities, in order to provide useful reference for the sustainable development of colleges and universities in china.
