Abstract

This study focuses on answering the question: What is the semantic meaning of to-infinitive in complement clauses? Accordingly, this thesis concludes six parts, the first chapter is the introduction, the second is the definition, the third for the part of speech and meaning of the to, and the fourth for the semantic analysis of to-infinitive as complement clause, and the fifth comes to the conclusion.
