Abstract
			In the professional development of teachers, the professional learning community has the important value of promoting teachers' practical knowledge learning through professional guidance, context creation, empowerment and accountability, and collaborative inquiry. Based on the content dimension of teachers' practical knowledge, this paper constructs a teacher's practical knowledge model based on professional learning community. The six repeated steps of collaborative inquiry, achievement learning, promotion of reform, and evaluation and feedback promote the in-depth development of teachers' practical knowledge in the direction from internalization to individualization/socialization.
