Abstract

This paper introduces the progress in the study of social quality management in China, reviews the historical process of the emergence and development of the concepts and ideas of China's social quality management, analyzes the essential connotation of social quality management, probes into that the social quality management theory is scientific and inevitability, finally points out the research emphasis of the social quality management in the future.
