Abstract

With the development of new social economy, the distance between vocational ability training and talent demand of application-oriented colleges and universities in China has become larger, the phenomenon of assimilation of training mode is serious, the characteristics of talent training are not obvious, and the systematic design of teaching is not enough. Therefore, this article analyzes the practical problems of cultivating the ability of the professional related professional talents in universities and colleges, and further build the current applied mode and ways to cultivate professional ability of university professional talent, in order to improve the professional ability of applied university professional talents cultivation specifications.
