Abstract
with the one belt, one road in China, the status in the world is also rising. Under such a background, the public English oral school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges is necessary to reform, and more talents in Higher Vocational English should be trained in education to integrate with the international market. Based on this, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current public English oral English school-based curriculum in the actual teaching in China, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the reform and practice of the school-based curriculum of Public English in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the online and offline mixed teaching mode.
