Abstract

This article researches the innovation of employment-oriented college English teaching model, and discusses the significance of employment-oriented college English teaching reform in detail. Problems existing in employment-oriented college English teaching model, such as college English teaching Obstacles to the traditional teaching model, gaps between teaching content and social development needs, teaching goals deviating from social needs, and employment-oriented innovation in college English teaching strategies, such as improving teaching methods, innovative teaching content, optimizing teaching environment, and accurately positioning training goals 3.Add daily communicative English training courses, and finally improve the employment-oriented college English teaching model. I hope to provide help for relevant people.
