Abstract

In recent years, various education management systems have accumulated rich data. In this paper, the idea of cluster analysis in data mining and k-means algorithm are used to analyze the data of counselors' "job evaluation scale". Using the "job evaluation scale" in college ideological and political education management as data source, the algorithm is clustered and clustering is done on the "Work Check Scale" of counselors in our school. Finally, some conclusions have been drawn.
