Abstract

With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher vocational colleges, the requirement of talent quality is higher and higher. By applying the teaching management system of combining work and learning to higher vocational colleges, it can break through the defects of teaching management in traditional higher vocational colleges, combine the characteristics of teaching management, and establish the corresponding management system. This paper explores and practices the teaching management system based on the combination of work and learning, hoping to promote the improvement of running schools in higher vocational colleges.
