Abstract

In order to improve the level of medical laboratory technology, medical specialty needs to be guided by social demand, explore medical laboratory technology, reform professional practice content, strengthen the training of medical laboratory technical personnel, and construct perfect talent training mode, which is the content that colleges and universities need to pay attention to in the future stage. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the training of teachers with double-qualified quality, establish a perfect practical teaching system, improve the conditions of practical teaching, introduce big data technology, network information technology, build efficient network information platform, carry out school management reasonably, ensure the unity of students' study and work in school, establish simulation practice base, train students' practical operation ability, standardize students' behavior and cultivate students' ability to deal with work independently according to industry post standards.
