Abstract

For a long time, there is a lack of theoretical guidance and a good social environment for physical education in colleges and universities in China. In view of the current situation of physical education teaching in colleges and universities in China, there are still some problems more or less. If we want to promote the development of teaching career effectively, we must solve these problems. This paper first expounds the contents of the reform of physical education teaching in colleges and universities in China, then discusses the problems existing in physical education teaching in colleges and universities in China, and finally analyzes the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in physical education teaching in colleges and universities in China, hoping to provide favorable reference for relevant scholars.
