Abstract
Firstly, the historical origin of immersion teaching method is briefly expounded, and then the characteristics of immersion teaching are discussed. Finally, according to the current situation of English teaching in china, some optimization strategies of using immersion teaching mode to optimize English classroom teaching are given.
