Abstract

With the rapid development of Internet social media and related game industry, virtual property has become a part of personal property. To a certain extent, network virtual property can exchange with real currency in a certain proportion, and at the same time, network virtual property can also realize online transaction in a specific environment. However, as a big internet country, China is still lack of recognition and protection of network virtual property, so economic disputes related to network virtual property occur from time to time Life.
