Abstract
Due to the implementation of the strategy of “the belt and road”, it involves five links: “policy communication, facilities interconnection, trade flow, financing and people's hearts interlinked”, and its key lies in the universal language. How to achieve universal language is a key issue to enhance the strategic significance of “the belt and road”. Language is not only a bridge between politics, economy and culture, but also an important means of “going out” of Chinese culture.
