Abstract

At present, there are many problems in the ideological and political education in many colleges and universities. If these problems cannot be solved, they will seriously affect the effective development of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The integration of ideological and political education and university management can better help the healthy growth of college students. Based on the above ideas, this paper discusses the necessity and importance of Ideological and political education in the management of college students, analyzes the existing misunderstandings and deficiencies in the current management, and proposes the integration of the management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and takes this as the starting point to continuously improve the level of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.
