Abstract

The high-tech industry is a strategic commanding point of the world powers, which is directly connected with the competitiveness of a country and its position in the world economy and politics. By analyzing the outstanding situation of environment development and management of China's high-tech industries and poor performance, the paper discusses the factors that restrict the development of China's high-tech industries, including investment, risk factors, innovation system constraints and talents, finally, it puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of high-tech industry in China.
