Abstract

In the context of big data, the inevitable development trend of scientific evaluation during quantitative evaluation. Bibliometrics has become an indispensable part of the evaluation of scientific research. However, in basic research, bibliometrics still has greater limitations. Therefore, this thesis starts with the relevant theories, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the literature measurement, and proposes the correction method of the bibliometric method in the basic research application.
