Abstract

There are some differences and contradictions between the cross border e-commerce enterprises in the Internet plus background and the training needs of personnel in Colleges and universities, which is difficult to solve in a short time. Pre job training is combined with the practical training of colleges and universities, requiring training to break the traditional job classification and improve the overall quality as the development goal. To effectively solve the shortcomings of the post, enrich the content and form of training, form a training system for the whole process of the post, and comprehensively improve the post adaptability.
