Abstract

This paper mainly elaborate on the development path of the international higher education from the perspective and significance of the international higher education development under the “Belt and Road Initiative”, and also gives it analyzes from different angles, thus becoming international under the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, with reference to the study of higher education.
