Abstract

In the process of effective development of higher education, it is of great concern to ensure the quality of higher education and the ability of personnel training in the field of higher education. Based on the basic idea of education quality, the University calls for the establishment of the concept, basic principles and related construction concepts of quality management system, in order to establish functions for a long time, and to have the mechanism of university education and improve the quality of teaching.
