Abstract

China has entered a period of rapid development of information technology, and the 5G era is coming. With the continuous development of Internet technology and the upgrading of network carriers, education must keep pace with the times and improve the quality of teaching with the help of modern technology. Physical education is one of the important contents of school education, through the use of modern technology teaching, we can better improve the problems existing in traditional physical education teaching. This paper mainly explores the application of modern technology in Higher Vocational Physical Education teaching, and excavates the promoting role of modern information technology in Higher Vocational Physical Education teaching. After thinking about Higher Vocational Physical Education and information technology physical education, we find the existing problems and need to be improved, and promote the development of modern information technology in Higher Vocational Physical education.
