Abstract

The World Skills Competition is the world's top competition and a good platform for skills exchange in various fields. Its project standards, competition content and organizational management process have a very good guiding and guiding role for Chinese vocational education. Through analyzing and studying the technical documents of the World Skills Competition, this paper puts forward the content of talent training program design under the vision of the World Skills Competition, and explains the application of the results transformation from three aspects of professional curriculum reconstruction, faculty construction and training platform construction, which is of great significance for promoting the teaching reform of vocational colleges and improving the quality of high-quality talent training.
