Abstract

With the development of new socialist countryside construction and urbanization, the construction industry has developed rapidly, and more migrant workers leave their hometown to work in cities. Because of the low level of skills required by the construction industry, a large part of the surplus rural labor force in the cities, a large part of which went to the construction industry. Paying attention to the living conditions of construction workers, improving their quality of life, improving their skill level and standardizing the labor market will help to realize the rational and orderly transfer of labor force and accelerate the process of industrialization and urbanization
