Abstract

As a new mode of transportation, high speed rail is proven to be more efficient, comfortable, green and environment-friendly. At the same time, the construction of HSR project has promoted economic development of cities. Taking Hefei as an example, based on the empirical background, this paper established regression analysis model and grey prediction GM (1,1) model, applied the contrast method to analyze the impact of HSR on Hefei's economy. The results showed that the introduction of HSR has significant contribution to economic growth and structure optimization in Hefei.
