Abstract
College students' beliefs show various characteristics. Theoretical knowledge is rich but deep understanding is not enough. Value judgment is more perceptual than rational. There is a gap between cognitive level and behavior level. Life world is the starting point of college students' emotional cognition. Ideal society is the result of rational thinking of Marxist classic writers. The generation of college students' beliefs should be explained by the appropriate content of faith education, Deepening students' cognition and rationality by participating in public life, improving students' belief level by using regional differences.
