Abstract
			This paper expounds the Taoist "governing by non-interference" and the "making full use of talents" thought connotation and reveals the thoughts on modern value of introduction and management of high-level talents in hospitals of Western China. At present, high-level talents are the core of the construction of hospital personnel team. With the increasingly competition in the medical service market, hospitals are facing the embarrassing situation that high-level talents are difficult to introduce, and talent cannot keep. This paper analyzes the bottleneck of the introduction of high-level talents in hospitals of Western China and combines the relationship between Taoism culture and modern management, to provide reference for the introduction and management of high-level talents in hospitals of Western China.
