Abstract

In the past, the government led the anti-poverty strategy of ethnic minorities, which did not give the minority groups full rights to participate. In fact, ethnic minorities have formed their own unique economic characteristics in their own development process and are able to bear the consequences. If the long-term anti-poverty effect is to be achieved, the minority economy needs to be re-examined.
